There isn’t a celebration that can compare to Courtney and Andrew’s wedding day at Hacienda del Sol. The sun was soft and a gentle breeze swept through the spring air. Courtney & Andrew were standing in a room filled with their closest friends and family prepping for what would be the most memorable day of their lives.
Courtney was born and raised in Tucson and always knew she wanted to marry the love of her life there. She loved how unique and beautiful The Southern Arizona landscape was and wanted her wedding to wonderfully display it for the friends and family that were traveling from across the country. Hacienda del Sol perfectly represented all the things she adored about Tucson including the grand mountains, lush desert landscape, and rich history.
The guests were asked to join Courtney & Andrew’s special day by a stunning invitation suite created by Brie Dumais Designs. When they arrived, they were met with a wedding day created by Table Number One Events that was everything they could have dreamed of. There were special touches like a secret margarita wall where white gloved mixologists served up sweet sensations with just the push of a button. Friendly burros draped in florals from Lucky Penny Productions made their way around the cocktail hour that livened up the party. Collen LaFleur of Atelier De Lafleur created floral center pieces & bouquets with vibrant pops of color with many different varieties of florals including Light pink anthurium, cafe au lait dahlias, Edith garden rose, pink ginger, peach ranunculus. The sensational colors and variety truly made a statement to the couple and all the guests who had the pleasure of attending their spectacular wedding.
The candlelit dinner reception was full of humorous childhood stories shared by Courtney’s sisters, AJ’s brother, and the father of the bride. It consisted of an abundance of laughter and an occasional tear. Additionally, a surprise speech was given by Courtney’s sweet grandmother, Bumma, that was themed around the product she sells for a living—Hershey’s Chocolate! It had all the guests belly laughing and everyone there will always remember her touching words. A conga line led the wedding party into the rest of the night with non-stop dancing, photo booth memories, a cigar bar and a delightful chocolate chip cookie & brownie cake.
This wedding day was absolutely unforgettable and I’m continuously so thankful to work with couples as lovely as Courtney & Andrew! Their love was so beautiful to photograph and capturing the celebration with their loved ones was an absolute blessing.
