Miranda & Teddy’s relationship began when they were students in high school! A lot can change over that time – there are new experiences to try, incredible places to explore and different interests to pursue, which can lead life to a series of directions. But the really amazing thing about Miranda and Teddy is that they chose to do all of it together.
For ten plus years, they have embraced changes, shared memories and created an incredible connection that’s undeniably special. That’s why their wedding was a celebration that beautifully reflected the thankfulness they shared alongside the loved ones that have supported them throughout their relationship.
Their wedding day took place on a gorgeous sunny day at the JW Marriott Starr Pass in Tucson, Arizona perfectly planned by Meagan Crain of Crain & Co Events. Miranda spent the morning with her wonderful set of bridesmaids sipping champagne, tossing confetti and getting ready to see (and marry!!) her high school sweetheart. Amid their preparations, Teddy had sent a letter to the bridal suite that Miranda lovingly read. Tears swelled in her eyes as she read his kind words of affection. The two of them couldn’t have been more excited to begin this new chapter in their lives.
Flower petals lined the aisle Miranda walked down with her father by her side. At the end, there was an archway draped in stunning florals that Alexis Grace Floral had perfectly coordinated with the bridal bouquet. Teddy stood under the archway, absolutely gleaming at his bride. Their ceremony reflected on the amount of time they had spent together over the course of building their relationship. They were by each other’s side for high school dances, graduations, road trips, college events, family gatherings and everything in between. Now, they were standing in front of one another, wholeheartedly ready to call each other husband and wife. When the officiant finally pronounced them married, they joyfully kissed while every person in attendance erupted in applause!
Their wedding day had been a decade in the making, which is why I couldn’t have been more grateful to have captured Miranda and Teddy during their celebration. Watching the two of them on a day that was so incredibly meaningful made photographing them a complete joy!
